Owner/Funeral Director
Pat was born and raised in Neenah and graduated from Neenah High School in 1988. He has been involved in funeral service in the Fox Valley since 1988 and has been a licensed funeral director since 1994. Pat is also a registered Life Insurance Agent in the state of Wisconsin and is available to assist individuals and families with pre-planning as well as pre-funding their funeral arrangements. In August of 2017, Pat assumed the ownership of Kessler Funeral Home. He is a member of both St. Gabriel and St. Margaret Mary Catholic Churches in Neenah. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Neenah Historical Society. Pat has dedicated his life to serving those in need and is extremely passionate about the funeral profession. He is honored to be serving families in his hometown of Neenah as well as carrying on the legacy of the Kessler-Fahrenkrug Funeral Home.

Annie Knapp started her apprenticeship in her hometown of Waupaca in 1998. She went on to obtain an Associates Degree in Mortuary Science in 2000 from Milwaukee Area Technical College in West Allis. She had served the Menasha community working at Laemmrich Funeral Home for many years and is honored to be able to continue to serve the families of Menasha as well as Neenah and the surrounding areas. Annie believes that every funeral should be curtailed to your loved one to make it a meaningful experience.
Annie is also a Life Insurance Agent, allowing her to meet with anyone desiring to Pre-Plan or Pre-Fund their funeral.
Annie is a current Board Member of Fox River Valley Funeral Directors Association.
Funeral Director
Derek is a graduate of Milwaukee Area Technical College where he majored in Mortuary Science. He started his career in funeral service with Kessler Funeral Home in 2010. Derek is also the owner of Verkuilen-Van Deurzen Family Funeral Homes in Little Chute, Kaukauna and Freedom. When he is able, he assists at Kessler Funeral Home.
Office Administrator
Becky is a lifelong resident
of Neenah. She graduated from
Neenah High School in 1995 and the College of St. Benedict in 1999 with a
degree in Accounting and Economics. Becky has been a
certified public accountant for over 20 years and is currently the Associate Executive Director and Treasurer at the Neenah Historical Society. Becky and her
family are members of the Fox Valley Unitarian Universalist Fellowship. Following the death
of her infant son in 2016 at Children’s Hospital Fox Valley, Becky helped to
establish a peer support group for grieving parents with the Center for
Grieving Children in Menasha and continues to support the efforts of the Center
in helping grieving families.
Facilities Support / Hospitality
Linda is in charge of keeping the interior of the
funeral home in tip top shape at all times. She also assists with family and customer service including banquet and reception room support. She is a proud mother and
grandmother who enjoys spending time with her family. She also enjoys playing with her cats, baking, and reading.
Funeral Assistant
Steve is a lifelong resident of Neenah, graduating from
Neenah High School in 1975. He graduated from University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point with a
bachelor's degree and went on to sales and services positions here in the Fox
Valley. Steve is a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Neenah. He
recently retired in September 2021. Steve has a servant's heart and finds it a
privilege to be able to serve his community at the Kessler-Fahrenkrug Funeral Home.
