Obituary

Maryann (Isaacs) Wellman, 84, Neenah, passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 6, 2020. She was born in Logansport, IN on February 13, 1936.

She attended school in South Bend, IN and went on to attend the University of Michigan where she earned her doctorate. Maryann married Darrell E. Wellman, a Michigan State Trooper, and they made their home in Ann Arbor for many years.

In later years, Maryann and Darrell moved to Neenah to be closer to family both here and in Escanaba. She will be sadly missed.

Maryann leaves her son, Greg Wellman of Seattle, a sister Suzanne (Jack) Harness of Neenah, and a sister-in-law Barbara Isaacs of Florida. She is further survived by other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Darrell and a brother, Dennis.

Per Maryann’s wishes, no public services will be held. Final rest will be in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
