Lucinda “Cindy” E. Dulski, age 68, passed away Sunday, June 5, 2022 peacefully with family surrounding her. Her goals of seeing her eldest grandson Tatye “TJ” graduate college and be united in marriage, along with watching her youngest grandson Rory graduate high school gave her the peace she needed. She fought her cancer very hard for four years, being courageous, never once showing she was ready to give up. On September 17, 1953, Lucinda Ellen was the eldest child born to Theo and Ruth (Inman) Korn in Oshkosh. Her family had moved to the Berlin area where she had gone to high school. Cindy had met Mark Dulski and they were united in marriage on August 21, 1971, in Winneconne, and had started a family of their own. They were very excited to learn of the arrival of their great-grandson, Owen, being born on their 50th anniversary.
Cindy enjoyed volunteering and had donated her time for many years to multiple organizations over her lifetime. One of the biggest components that led her to these organizations was her love of dogs. She had started her son Jarred in the 4-H Dog Project and was a volunteer trainer throughout his years in 4-H. She continued on as a volunteer through her Grandkids time in 4-H up until the last couple years when she took time off to battle cancer and keep herself healthy during the pandemic. Throughout many of these same years she was an active member of the Oshkosh Kennel Club. Many friendships were created through 4-H and the Oshkosh Kennel Club that had been a huge part of her life. Cindy had assisted in training dogs through OccuPaws and then ultimately co-founded Journey Together Service Dogs.
Cindy had an amazingness about her and everyone she met; she took under her wing. She was a second mom/grammy to many and a loyal friend to all.
Cindy was the best wife, mom, and Grammy/Grammie, and will be greatly missed by her loving husband of almost 51 years, Mark; their children: Kristine (Troy) Hemp, Angela Dulski, and Jarred (fiancé, Nicole) Dulski; their grandchildren: Kaitlyn Meyers, Rory Hemp, Tayte “TJ” (McKayla) Dulski, Isabella Shell, TJ’s half sister; her grandson/godchild Brock Dulski; their first great-grandson, Owen Meyers; her siblings: Jane (Paul) Olson, Tom (Amy) Korn, Alicia (Tim) Herides, Dawn (Lynn) Jensen, Karrie (James) Johnson; her brother-in-law, Charlie Jenkins; her sisters-in-law: Jolene Korn, LuAnn (Cal) Kerberlein, Bonnie (Steve) Liegl, Julie (Mark) Osmus; her mother-in-law, Bev Dulski; her godchild, Amy Fox; her many nieces and nephews; a best friend of her’s, Sue Dorscheid; as well as her lovable and faithful dogs, Chester, Cricket, and her Service Dog, Quad.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Patty Jenkins; her brother, David Korn; and her father-in-law, Jerome Dulski.
A Celebration of Life will be held in honor of Cindy on Sunday, July 10, 2022, from 1:00pm-4:00pm at Kessler-Fahrenkrug Funeral Home, 304 S. Commercial Street in Neenah. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed in Cindy’s name to: Journey Together Service Dog Program and the Michael D. Wachtel Cancer Center in Oshkosh WI.
