Cheryl (Broas) Veirauch age 57, of Neenah, passed away unexpectedly with family by her side on Saturday, April 3, 2021. Cheryl was born on March 3, 1964 and was the daughter of Richard “Dick” and Carole (Burr) Broas.
Growing up, Cheryl was very involved in Suburban Athletics softball playing for the Mahler Flies, riding bikes and swimming in Lake Winnebago with her sisters, brothers and neighborhood friends. She attended Neenah schools and graduated from Neenah High School with the class of 1982 where she played softball and made lifelong friends. She was also a huge Milwaukee Brewers fan!
Cheryl was always someone you could go to for advice. She never turned anyone away and was a protective “mama bear” to many. Cheryl had a sharp wit, a great sense of humor and a contagious laugh. She enjoyed time with her many friends, meeting up at Michiels in Menasha to relax and celebrate life.
Cheryl is survived by her daughter, Shallin Stone (Kyle Peebles); her grandchildren, Fiona Veirauch and Bailee “Tyler” Stone; her siblings, Terry (Chris) Broas, Annette Roberts, Mike Broas, Bonnie Coleman, Julie Broas, Jon (Sue) Broas; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Private family services will be held with a public Celebration of Life at a time and place to be determined.
Cheryl was a vibrant, fun, kind and loving person who would do anything for anyone. She was loved very much and will be missed by all who knew her.
