Frank R. Miller, 91, Town of Neenah, passed peacefully Sunday, September 2, 2018.
Born June 11, 1927, Town of Red Springs, Gresham, Wisconsin, to Frank J. and Beatrice Mohawk (Schooner) Miller, he lived the majority of his life in Neenah.
A US Navy Veteran, Asiatic Pacific Campaign, stationed aboard the USS Petrof Bay, CVN-80, he proudly served in the United States Armed Forces, WWII.
Upon returning home, Frank was employed at the Marathon Corporation Paper Mill, prior to employment and retirement from the United States Post Office, Neenah, Wisconsin.
Frank was married to Beverly A. (Blonde) Miller for 40 years until her death in 1988. He is survived by his wife, Nancy M. Lee, of 27 years; daughters Sharon (Paul) Janty, Patti Gardner (Dick Carlson), Marie Baun, Cyndi (Dennis) Hawk; son, Roger Miller (Kirsten Buckstaff); step daughters; Bonnie (Bob) Lee, Trisha (Tom) Kieckhafer, 13 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, many special nieces and nephews.
Surviving siblings include, Violet “Tony” Krutz, Don, Paul, Jerry, and Special friend Ann Howe, Lowell MA.
Preceding him in death, his father, Frank J.Miller, Stockbridge Munsee Indian Reservation; his mother Beatrice, Neenah; 10 brothers and sisters.
Visitation will be on Sunday September 9, 2018, from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at the Kessler Funeral Home, 304 S.Commercial St. Neenah, WI 54956.
Funeral Services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Monday September 10, 2018, at First Presbyterian Church, 200 S. Church St. Neenah, WI 54956. Visitation will be at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services. Burial will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery, Neenah.
