Baby Willard was given eternal angel wings and welcomed into heaven on Wednesday, October 24, 2012. Survivors include Baby's loving parents, Ashley Noe and Shane Willard; big brother, Dalton Willard; grandparents: Steve and Sue Willard and Julie and Bob Wolf; an aunt, Marissa Willard and many cousins and other family members. Waiting at heaven’s gate for Baby Willard is an uncle, Adam Pfeiffer; great-aunt, Kerry Noe and great-grandpa, Newt Pomeroy.
